Lucia is a fantastic agent, and worked on the team to sell our townhouse. She was absolutely fantastic, communicating with us, and the sellers, giving us clear and sage advice in a stressful moment, and helped us get a fantastic result we couldn’t have achieved alone.

We recently purchased our first home and couldn’t be more grateful to have had Lucia from Goodhaus guiding us through the process. When the time comes for our next move, we’ll 100% be finding our way back to Lucia.

I had an amazing experience selling my apartment thanks to Lucia’s incredible dedication. If you’re looking for someone reliable, caring, and professional to handle your property sale, I highly recommend Lucia.

Right from the very outset we knew we were in safe hands with Lucia. The proposed strategy for the sale of our home worked better than we could have though. We were extremely happy with the outcome. We would highly recommend Lucia and Goodhaus.

Lucia was the agent for a property we recently purchased. She was a breeze to deal with through the entire process and was very transparent in all her communications with us. I would recommend Lucia to anyone looking to buy/sell their property.
